Hey friends —

Let me show you what this actually looks like in a normal week.

The Moment Most People Miss

Customer walks in.

They’re not ready to buy yet.

Not because they don’t want to…
Because they’re unsure.

They say things like:

  • “I know I should probably take care of a few things… but what actually matters right now?”

  • “What’s the smartest way to do this without overdoing it?”

  • “I’ve been putting this off because I don’t even know where to start.”

  • “If I can’t do everything, what’s the minimum I should do first?”

  • “What’s the best way to do this… and what am I realistically looking at for cost?”

You’ve heard these.

Probably this week.

So you do what you always do:

You slow it down.
You prioritize.
You make it make sense.

They go from stuck → clear.

Now here’s the part most businesses miss:

That moment is your marketing.

What Usually Happens

You help them.

Then you move on.

And later:

“I should probably post something…”

And you start from scratch.

Again.

The Small Shift That Changes This

Same moment. Different move.

After the customer leaves, you write one quick note:

“Customer thought they needed everything done at once. I helped them focus on what actually matters now vs later.”

That’s it.

No cleanup. No rewriting.

Just capture it before it disappears.

Now Use AI (Without Turning This Into a Whole Project)

Instead of asking AI to create “content…”

Ask it to reuse your thinking.

Prompt: Turn a Real Moment Into Something You Can Share

Here’s a real situation from my business:

A customer said:
“I know I should fix a few things, but I don’t know what actually matters right now.”

Here’s how I explained it:
I walked them through what to prioritize first, what could wait, and how to avoid overdoing it upfront.

Turn this into:

  • one short post I could share with customers

  • one slightly longer version I could send as an email or caption

Keep it simple, practical, and written the way a real person talks.

This works better than “give me 5 posts.”

Because it sounds like you.

Want to Go One Step Further? Use This

If it’s a conversation you’ve had more than once…

That’s a signal.

Prompt: Turn This Into a Useful FAQ

Based on this situation:
[paste your note]

Write a clear, simple answer I could use on my website or send to customers who ask this.

Avoid jargon. Keep it direct and helpful.

Now you’re not just posting…

You’re building something that saves you time later.

And If You Feel Stuck on “What Else Could I Say?”

Don’t force new ideas.

Stretch the one you already have.

Prompt: Show Me What Else People Are Thinking

Based on this situation:
[paste your note]

What are 5 related questions or concerns customers probably have but don’t always say out loud?

Keep them realistic and specific.

This is where your next posts come from.

Not guessing.

Listening.

What This Actually Changes

You’re still having the same conversations.

You’re still helping people the same way.

But now:

  • you capture it once

  • you reuse it

  • you stop starting from zero

A Simple Way to Try This This Week

Don’t change your marketing.

Just do this:

👉 “What did someone struggle to understand today?”

Write one sentence.

That’s it.

Then once or twice this week, drop it into AI and use one of the prompts above.

Why This Works

Because it’s not content.

It’s clarity.

And when your marketing sounds like the questions people are already asking in their head…

People pay attention.

One More Thought

You don’t need more ideas.

You need to stop letting the good ones walk out the door.

Please Help Us Reach More People

If this felt like a more natural way to create marketing, send it to one other business owner who’s tired of guessing what to post.

That’s how this grows — one real conversation at a time.
